For the settlement of an annuity of Miss Linley arising out of her share of the theatrical property of her late father, which R.B. Sheridan had agreed to purchase. Parties involved are Charles William Ward of Staple Inn, gent., Jane Nash Linley of Southampton St., and Samuel Reynolds Howard and John Briggs, trustees of the marriage settlement of Ward and Jane Nash Linley of Southampton St.
